Three days on, and Carter is healing very quickly. The band-aid was removed this evening after his bath so as to give his injury some air. While Mum would prefer to put the band-aid back on, it is looking much better. Nevertheless, last night was a shocker with Carter waking multiple times throughout the night and crying till he was making himself gag. If we're reading this in a few years, let me remind us of how we are all under huge strain at the moment, relying on the love and support of our family to get through these sleepless nights. As I type, Carter has just had a coughing fit and is screaming...pretty much what went on all last night. So it appears we're in for another 'adventurous' night...how diplomatic of me.
