The family is happy to have Dad home after he spent the week away. Although he came back slightly earlier than initially planned, it worked out very well as the Qantas boss decided to ground all domestic and international flights from late yesterday due to the breakdown of negotiations with the various unions.

Anyway, Dad had an interesting time away and, while nobody was looking,
snapped a pic of a bunch of cars at an airport that appeared to be
waiting for an elderly couple to step off their aircraft...not sure what all the hub bub was about...!

The family is doing well, Carter and Linc continue to butt heads
(literally) which will probably get worse as time goes by! But the
family had a lovely time today down at the lake, although Carter managed
to fall down a grassed hill and scrape his nose...
